About the Author
G.D. Budhiraja is a graduate with Diploma in Management. He retired as a Senior Management Analyst from the Ministry of Planning, Government of India, in 1989. Mr Budhiraja is fully trained in Yoga has been doing research on health, happiness and self-improvement for over 30 years. Many of the observations written in this book are based on his practical experiences.
