  • Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Aama shop ?

    Yes, it's necessary to log into your Aamashop account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

    You'll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

  • Do sellers on Aamashop ship internationally?

    Currently, Sellers on Aamashop only ship within India. Selling Is Available For More Than 26000+ Pincodes All Over INDIA.

     

  • Will I get a wall mount for my television in the box?

    If mentioned in the sales package the wall mount for your television will be in the box. However, in some cases, the wall mount, if applicable for the model, will be with the installation team.

  • What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

    An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now. Use 'Notify Me' feature to know once it's available with sellers for purchase.

  • What is Aamashop Buyer Protection?

    Aamashop  Buyer Protection helps shoppers in case they have concerns with product(s) bought and haven't got a satisfactory solution from the seller.

    Under this program, we look into your concern on a case-by-case basis & do our best to be fair to both parties. Aamashop's  decision on the resolution will be final for the concern raised.

  • How are items packaged?

    Products sold by Sellers with Aamashop badge are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap

    Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap. Other Sellers also follow standard packing procedure. Sellers are rated on packaging quality and affects overall seller rating.

  • Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I shop on Aamashop ?

    There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Aamashop. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

    Note: There can be additional delivery charges based on the seller's policy.

  • Why do I see a 'delivery charge'?

    It usually costs sellers more to ship some items. So, sometimes they choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off by some sellers if you shop with them for a certain amount. For more information, check the individual seller's policy on the product page.

  • Can I use the Cash on Delivery payment option for every product I buy on Aamashop ?

    The availability of Cash on Delivery option depends on factors like the delivery pincode, type of products etc.

    Please enter your pincode on the product page to check if CoD is available at your location. If this option is available for your pincode, you can shop for products up to ₹49,999 using this.

    You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below methods:

  • What is Cash on Delivery?

    Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order.

  • What is an OTP or verification code?

    An OTP (One Time Password) or verification code is a password/code used to verify your mobile number or email ID when you log into your Aamashop account for the first time.

    OTP verification will be also be done in other cases like creating an account, password recovery, and updating email/mobile details.

  • How do I report a listing infringement?

    If you think that your IP right has been infringed by any of our sellers, you can follow the below process. We require that the Intellectual Property right owner or authorized agent provide the following details and email it to infringement@aamashop.com,

     

    • Identification or description of the copyrighted work/ trademark that has been infringed.
    • Clear identification or description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on www.aamashop.com with adequate particulars.
    • Product ID / website links of infringing products (in case of copyright infringement). Aamashop  is unable to process requests which do not specify exact product IDs or URLs. Please do not provide links to browse pages or links of search queries as these pages are dynamic and their contents change with time.
    • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
    • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
    • A statement by you, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf Brand Name (in case of Trademark infringement)
    • Details of the intellectual property being infringed (Provide copyrighted images or trademark certificates as attachments)

  • Will my shipment be safe at the pickup store?

  • What is a pick-up store?

    A pick-up store is a location near you where you can now walk into a select partner store and collect your order at your own convenience.

  • How do I become an Aamashop Dealer?

    To become an aamashop dealer you need to sign an agreement agreeing that you will follow all the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement honestly and will perform your role duly and with full respect.
